Third sector & Business

I love photographing organisations and people at work, and particularly like to show businesses, organisations and individuals who are doing things to make our world a better place.  It is important to celebrate this positive work.  I can document events for your social media, website, publications and reports.

Using photography and video in funding bids and reports helps you demonstrate impact, build emotional connection, and stand out.  It showcases real people and the difference made to their lives, building trust and authenticity.

Black Country Living Museum

The workshop of artist Chris Brammall who designs the most beautiful sculpture and architectural metalwork that his team then fabricate.  This involves a wide range of processes in steel and other metals.

One of the main focuses of the Energy & Bioproducts Research Institute (ERBI) is processing waste to make raw materials that can be used in other processes.  This work facilitates new business opportunities, as well as reducing the need to use virgin raw materials and dispose of waste.

Bee 9, run by Tim Vivian, had hives on the roof of the Custard Factory in Digbeth, Birmingham, and other locations including around the city.  I would never have guessed that bees could thrive almost in the city centre, and can confirm that the honey they produce is delicious.

The Shop in the Square is a wonderful place to find jewellery, art and homeware made by local creatives.  Founded in 2013, it was originally in Queen Square in Wolverhampton, and can now be found in  the Mander Centre.
